About Us

Hi! We're The Albrights!

I'm Andi, 32, happily wedded (4.23.11) to my Puffin Buns of a husband, Blair {yes that's my ridiculous nickname for him}. We have a sweet four legged boxer baby, Casanova (10) and just said goodbye to our sweet Atticus, an 8 year old English Mastiff who was also a dear furbaby of ours. After two years struggling to conceive, we are so BLESSED to finally have our sweet little girl, Adlee James who was born on April 27th! We moved into a brand new beautiful home we built together and are now building a hectic, crazy, yet precious life together! Life is so good.

Here's a glimpse of our story together thus far....

Blair and I met in the 'Blizzard of 2008' at The Barn (at the apt complex I lived at & it's restaurant/bar) and were snowed in together with mutual friends for 2 days before the freeways re-opened. Having many friends in common and Blair remembering seeing me years prior at an OSU basketball game I was cheering, we instantly had a connection that even we couldn't describe. We were soon inseparable and knew early on that we were put here for each other. We spent the majority of our dating life (all 3 years of it) living in our Short North condo enjoying the ever so underrated city of Columbus, OH and all of the fabulous restaurants, bars, boutiques and parks that it has to offer. April 23, 2010, Blair proposed to me at 'Camelot Wine Cellar' downtown. We tasted wine, made our own bottles (me not knowing they were being made to use for our wedding guests to enjoy one year later at our wedding) & when it came time to label our wine, Blair so cleverly pre-made a label asking me to marry him. He did a good job & of course, I said 'Yes'!

Here are some of my favorite (was hard to pick) engagement pictures from the ever so fabulous & HIGHLY recommended, Lauryn Byrdy!!

We then planned a very urban/modern city wedding, set one year to the date of our engagement, in downtown Columbus at the 'Union Station Arch' & 'North Bank Park Pavillion' to follow. It ended up raining the second I got to the ceremony which made for a very personal, romantic, and unique day. Most importantly, my Grandfather, an ordained Baptist Minister married us, which just made it perfect.

Then, after many years of infertility treatments, along came "Baby A"!

....who arrived on 4/27 and changed our lives forever!! We feel so blessed!!

Thanks for reading & coming along for the ride.

XOXO,
Andi
